I just ordered my first DSLR and I'm pretty excited now

After countless camera reviews I desided to order Canon EOS 450D because it takes some useful technology from the "more professional" EOS class (xxD, xD) and puts it in a much lighter body. 40D was on my mind too, but 450D has most of the 40D's great little gadgets and "sales talks" (live view, 14 bit A/D conversion, DIGIC III processor, spot metering, highlight tone priority, 3" LCD screen and so on) so I just don't see any reason to pay that extra money.
Instead I used that money to buy a second lens for wide angle landscape shots: Sigma 10-20mm 4-5.6 EX DC
So here it begins...Well...Spending atleast, because I still have to buy a macro lens and a tele lens
So in a week I'm expecting (give or take a few days):
Canon EOS 450D + 18-55mm IS + Sigma 10-20mm 4-5.6 EX DC and I feel like "Santa Claus...on prozac...in Disney Land...getting laid" like Phoebe said in Friends

UPDATE 27.6.08
Yesterday I received my camera and it's AWESOME

I've been playing with it for several hours now and image quality is pretty good with the kit lens. I tested the Sigma 10-20mm lens inside and god damn that's wide

Can't wait to test that outside! Now I just need a bag so that I can carry all my crap to better locations.
450D captures tones and colors so nicely! It really amazes me everytime I take a shot. Compared to the A630 the image quality is (of course!) better even with the kit lens, but still the different tones and colors it captures, amazes me even more than the quality! Well let's just hope that I can find some good locations and capture nice shots with it

I have Cokin filters too and I just love them!! That "turn and slide" kind of filter is an AWESOME idea, because you can darken (or color) about any part of the image you want
For that 10-20mm wide angle lens I probably need new and bigger filters (77mm) and they cost a lot
